TRS Enters into Combat Mode with BJP

Telangana Rashtra Samiti seems to have entered combat mode with the BJP led Central Government. CM KCR had expressed his anger on bringing Irrigation Projects under 12% GST and skipped Venkaiah Naidu’s Swearing-in ceremony as a mark of protest.

On the other side, the other day, KTR wrote a scathing letter to the Central Government for not giving funds to the proposed ITIR Project. He reminded how DPRs were submitted twice for the project but there are no allocations for the project since then.

KTR in the letter specifically wrote about how Telangana Government pursued the issue several times with the concerned ministry but without any result. This seems to be the preparation of Telangana Rashtra Samiti for 2019 Elections.

KCR already indicated that there will be no Pre-Poll alliance with BJP since that will irk Muslim voters who are present in significant numbers in the state. So, it has entered into a combat mode with BJP. The party can always enter into a post-poll alliance if needed after the election results in 2019.
