T govt hands tied, depriving chances to T Judges

Despite Telangana government making strong push for the bifurcation of the existing high court which is depriving chances to Telangana judges, the judges’ recruitment in the high court is likely to happen without waiting for the division.

The selection process – written tests, evaluation of written answer sheets and interviews etc will be complete for the junior civil judges but the final selection list will not be published with out further court orders.

And in case of the district judge posts, the results can be declared and appointments will be made but the appointments will be subject to the final outcome of the current petitions. The final hearing of the case is posted to September 19th pending counters from the Center and Andhra Pradesh.
