TRS in jitters over GHMC survey!

If the buzz in the political circles is to be believed, a survey made by a Private Media Group is sending chill in the spines of TRS leaders. The survey says that MIM will be the single largest party in the upcoming GHMC elections by winning close to 45 wards. TDP+BJP Combine and Congress manage 40 and 30 wards each in this elections.

The survey reveals that despite encouraging mass defections from other parties in GHMC limits, the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samiti still is far behind in winning the hearts of people in GHMC area. TRS will come a distant fourth in these elections getting handful of seats. Such results will mean that MIM and TRS together will still struggle to get the Mayor Seat in the Corporation.

Even if they manage, MIM will have major say in the corporation and may even take the mayor and deputy mayor posts for the whole term. The results will make the ruling party completely toothless in the capital area and will also breath life to the opposition parties in the newest state of the country. We will have to see what it takes for the ruling party to achieve a respectable total in the corporation elections.
