TRS MLAs assault Revanth Reddy!

Telangana Assembly had witnessed bizzare scenes in the day one of its budget session. Governor ESL Narasimhan delivered the opening speech which sang praises of the ruling party and various schemes it rolled out. TDP MLAs reached to the speaker podium and tried to stage protest when Governor is addressing.

On the other side, TRS MLAs circled the Governor and stood to protect him. In the heat of the moment, ruling party MLAs attacked TDP MLAs Revanth Reddy and Krishna Rao and pushed them aside. Interestingly Congress MLAs came to the rescue of the TDP MLAs.

Congress and TDP MLAs were demanding Governor to intervene in the ongoing defections drive encouraged by the Chief Minister. Governor addressed the Telangana Assembly after finishing his address in AP Assembly.
