TRS tries all tricks in trade for GHMC!

After encouraging defections from MLAs of other parties in Hyderabad, the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samiti has shifted its focus on to the former councilors of other parties. TRS already held talks with at least 25 TDP and Congress leaders who would join them after Sankranti.

The party is said to be in talks with many more. It is said that KCR instructed his party men to empty both the parties before the election announcement. It is said that TRS is tempting the councilors by offering them good posts and various contract works.

TRS party since its inception never really made a mark on the capital for the lone reason of having settlers in high numbers. In fact, TRS just managed to open its account here in the recent elections by winning three MLAs all of them in areas which have settlers very less. But KCR is adamant to conquer GHMC Corporation elections in the pipeline. In fact, TRS did not even contest last corporation elections in 2009.
