Rejection: Legal options closed on Telangana ACB?

Telangana Additional Advocate General Rama Chandra Rao made severe accusations on the judiciary of Hyderabad High Court and even the Supreme Court. Speaking to a television interview, Rama Chandra Rao said 70% of judges in common high court and few judges in Supreme Court were appointed by Chandrababu Naidu’s back-end recommendations and they are going to sit and stand according to his instructions.

He also said that it is for this reason, they are demanding the bifurcation of the high court. These are very severe allegations and is likely to be contempt of the court in case some one takes it to the court.

Telangana government also seem to endorse his view and so pressurized the apex court to take up the ACB’s petition by a bench of the Chief Justice himself. However even the bench rejected Telangana ACB’s petition to cancel the bail. With this..all the legal options were closed for Telangana ACB in this case.
