TS govt open gates for Booze and Masti on New year!

Telangana government had relaxed rules to allow the sale of liquor till midnight on December 31st. This is to allow the New year celebrations of people. All the liquor shops, clubs and bars will operate till 12AM that day.

Liquor sales on December 31st will happen 100% more than the remaining days. So government is expecting to improve the revenues further. But this will be a headache to Police department to control the menace of the drunkards that night.

The government also giving permission to New Year events by charging special license fee. Hyderabad, Rangareddy and Warangal districts will have maximum number of such events. Government is deploying special teams to keep a check on unauthorized parties and liquor sale with out licenses.
