TTD Race Becomes Intense in TDP

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu seemed to have a tough time in selecting the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam Board. The tenure of the current board is complete earlier this week. There are several aspirants for the Board President Post.

The Board for the Richest Temple in the country is an eye candy for several Top businessmen and politicians in the country. Guntur MP Rayapati Samba Siva Rao is trying for the TTD President Post for about two decades. Rajamahendravam MP Murali Mohan is the other aspirant.

There are rumours that Naidu is toying with the idea of appointing Bojjala Gopala Krishna Reddy as the TTD Trust Board chairman to placate him after he was stripped of his Cabinet post during the recent reshuffle. The move could also lure the Reddy community in Rayalaseema to the Telugu Desam
