Two More MP Candidates To Leave BRS?

BRS has been falling like a pack of cards in the last few weeks. Various senior leaders, MPs and MLAs are leaving the party and are joining the ruling Congress party.

What became a significant challenge for BRS is the trend of individuals who secured MP tickets from the party switching to the Congress, citing their inability to contest for BRS as it is not in power in the state.

For instance, Chevella’s sitting MP, Ranjith Reddy, shifted to the Congress after securing a ticket from BRS and is now standing as a Congress candidate in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

The same thing happened with the Warangal BRS candidate Kadiyam Kavya. After getting the ticket, Kavitha resigned from the party and joined Congress along with her father Kadiyam Srihari.

If the latest rumours are anything to go by, another two candidates who got MP tickets from BRS, are planning to shift to the Congress party. If that happens, BRS would have a moral failure way before the elections.
