Two Temporary offices for Chandrababu in AP

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu who is currently stationed in Hyderabad, is looking to slowly shift base to the state. Two temporary offices are being readied for the Chief Minister there. One office will be at the irrigation department office in Vijayawada. A floor in the office is being renovated to suit the Chief Minister’s use and security. Going forward, the Chief Minister will be in Vijayawada at least for 2 days in a week.

And on the other side, one more office will come up in the proposed Temporary capital at Amaravathi Township. Chandrababu will use this office to personally monitor the capital construction which will begin with the Bhoomipuja in June. While the Vijayawada office is already being readied, the office in Amaravathi Township will be ready by June.

It is said that Chandrababu Naidu wants to CM shift some important offices from Hyderabad to the temporary capital by June 8, when his government completes one year in office after the bifurcation. The master plan for Temporary Township in five to six Lakh square feet office space will be submitted by February 25th and the construction is expected to complete in 80 days later. The temporary capital is going to cost 200 Crore for the government.
