Uber Taxies Shielded from Sexual Activities

Having been received a huge number of complaints against its drivers, Uber has come up with strict regulations for both, the driver and the passenger in the car. In a case of violation, lifetime ban on the drivers and forced deletion of the app for the customers.

Uber has been facing a tough time since its service was banned in Delhi with the rape of a woman in the taxi. So this is what the new guidelines say: Driver should not touch, flirt, or have sex with the customer during or after the ride, they are not allowed to comment on the rider on their appearance, they should not collect or enquire the whereabouts of the rider.

And coming to the customers, no abusing, no smoking, no damaging the Car and no vomiting in the car. The guidelines have been circulated to the 22 cities that Uber is providing the service. Let’s see if these regulations make the Uber rides safe.
