Union Law Minister reiterates old stand on high court division!

Union Law Minister Sadananda Gowda disappointed Telangana government by making a old statement regarding the high court division. Gowda said that the division will go according to the verdict of high court and accordingly the Andhra Pradesh government had to finalize a place for their high court and accommodation for the high court judges.

He also clarified that the center had already requested Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and high court Chief justice to take a decision on that very soon. He also reminded that Telangana government had filed a review petition on the high court verdict regarding the division.

As a result he can not elaborate more on the issue as it is the sub judice of the court. This announcement will mean that the center will go on with its old stand regarding the high court division. Now it is for the Telangana government to fight it out in courts.
