There is a temple of Nalla Pochamma in Secretariat. Usually CM has to go to his office in Samantha block using the road behind the temple. But some Vaastu experts warned the CM that it will not be good for him if the shadow of Nalla Pochamma falls on him.
So the CM has decided to totally close this road and make a new road at the side of the temple which will ensure vehicles go to CMO with out going from the backside of the temple. The existing lane there is being removed and the government has sanctioned 9.8 Lakhs for laying the two way road here. There is also a proposal that this way should be made exclusive for CM’s vehicles but a final decision is not taken yet.
