Vamsi had filed for anticipatory bail in TDP office attack case. After hearing the case, the AP HC struck down the bail.
It is known that Vallabhaneni Vamsi was arrested for kidnap and physical assault on a dalit man Satyavardhan. Vamsi is in Vijayawada district jail right now.
The TDP had released videos of attack on TDP office and the police procured CCTV footage of Satyavardhan’s kidnap. All these proofs worked against Vamsi.
