Naidu comes in defense of Naidu over Stampede

Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu performed holy dip at Vadapalli near Kovvur a short while ago and performed special pooja for Godavari maatha. On this occasion, Venkaiah responded over the stampede that took place in Rajahmundry.

“It is really a sad incident. It is inhumane to make politics on it trying to corner Chandrababu’s government. Opposition should behave responsibly in crisis. This type of incidents happened across the country in such mass events”, Venkaiah Naidu said.

Naidu had kept the entire administration on its toes following that incident. AP CM and DGP Ramudu also decided to camp in Rajahmundry until the conclusion of this 12 days festival to personal oversee the arrangements.
