It was a meeting of two old friends. The camaraderie they shared was for all to see. AP HRD Minister Lokesh and Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy met at the wedding of TDP leader Devineni Uma’s son at Kankipadu, AP.
Both leaders meeted each other warmly and hugged. They later sat together and were seen speaking through out. Lokesh and Revanth took pictures together with the bride and groom.
In all, it was heart-touching to see the beautiful bond they shared. But now comes the tailpiece. The Telangana Congress leaders are rather miffed with Revanth Reddy.
Though Revanth Reddy repeatedly claims of his closeness with Rahul Gandhi, one never got to see such pictures, they say. The political insiders say Revanth Reddy being from TDP in the past, shares a strong bond with TDP leaders. It’s also one of the reasons why he keeps praising PM Modi and calls him bada bhai, say Congress insiders.
