Illegal constructions on Bhimili beach have come back to haunt the daughter of ex YSRCP leader Vijaysai Reddy. The police have filed a case regarding illegal structures on Bhimili beach.

AP Coastal Zone Management Authority lodged a formal complaint and a case has been filed on Vijaysai Reddy’s daughter Neha Reddy and son-in-law Rohit Reddy.

The Authority filed a case in the Bhimili Court on both of them for violating the Environment Act of 1986, on July 10. Following this, a case was filed on them for violating Coastal Regulation Zone norms.

In the past, Jana Sena corporator Murthy Yadav had filed a PIL on illegal constructions by Neha Reddy.

Soon, the Central Environment Committee will look into the matter.

In March, the wall built by Neha Reddy for her star hotel was demolished following High Court guidelines. However, the complainant said that it was not fully razed.

After walking out of YSRCP and maintaining that he wouldn’t join any party, Sai Reddy has been trying to squeeze himself and his kin out of various cases.
