Vijayawada West Bypass EV Fire Kills Four
Four people died after an electric car caught fire on the Vijayawada West Bypass. Another person suffered critical injuries and is undergoing treatment.
According to preliminary reports, the group was returning from a function in Namburu when the incident occurred. Police and fire personnel rushed to the spot and began rescue operations.
The deceased have been identified as Kommareddy Ramdev, 39, his mother Kommareddy Aruna, a child and Tiguru Vijaya, who was reportedly from Namburu. Ramdev and his family were residents of Nunna.
Relatives rushed to the accident site after hearing the news. Police have launched an investigation to find out how the fire started and what led to the tragedy.
