Vijaykanth rubs Rajni’s fans the wrong way

Looks like the Tamil Nadu elections are getting heated up day after day. Every party is doing their best to promote themselves. Same is the case with former actor and DMDK chief whip Vijaykanth.

He has been touring all over the state and has been making some sensational speeches against Jayalalitha. But today, he went an extra mile and targeted superstar Rajnikanth. Speaking at a rally, Vijaykanth said that he is not a coward like Rajnikanth who gets scared when politicians make remarks about him.

These statements have not gone well against the fans of Rajni as they went on a rampage and burnt effigies of Vijaykanth. They also demanded that he should apologize to the star for his comments other wise they would go to extreme lengths for their star.

When there is star worship in the south, one needs to be very careful as to what they speak in public. Telugu hero Rajasekhar also faced similar situations when he commented about Chiranjeevi’s entry into politics. Let’s now see how Rajni reacts to all these comments from now on.
