Hearing regarding the request for dismissing bail of the accused in Viveka case took place on Monday in the Supreme Court. The Apex Court jury asked CBI for clarity on three issues.
SC made it clear that it will hear the cancellation of bail petition after CBI gives answers to the three questions. It has been reported that Viveka’s daughter Sunita had filed a petition regarding cancellation of bail to the main accused Avinash Reddy and others.
The Apex Court asked CBI if there was need for further investigation or not. SC also asked CBI’s opinion regarding the AP government’s closure report in Kadapa Sessions Court.
The Apex Court asked if the trial and investigation can happen simultaneously.
