Viveka Case: CBI Calls YSRCP MP’s Father For Questioning

CBI has intensified the investigation into YS Vivekananda Reddy’s Murder case. It has called Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy’s father, Bhaskar Reddy for questioning. Bhaskar Reddy also happens to be YSR Congress Pulivendula Incharge.

Bhaskar Reddy’s brother Manohar Reddy was also called for questioning. Both of them are Chinananas of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. They are also in the list of suspects in this case submitted by Viveka’s Daughter to the High Court.

Meanwhile, there are rumors in political circles that CBI will also call Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy for interrogation very soon. The murder has happened just before the 2019 elections and YSR Congress has blamed the then ruling party – TDP for it.

After coming to power in 2019, Jagan Government has argued against the CBI inquiry but Viveka’s Daughter knocked the high court’s door and got it.
