Popular place in Andhra to become No Selfie Zone

Very soon taking a selfie in Vishakapatnam beaches can be a crime and may get you fined. The tourism officials are contemplating to make the beaches ‘No Selfie Zones’ given that the drowning deaths are on a rise. The administration is under criticism for not doing enough for the safety and security of the tourists.

There are several incidents spotted in the speeches where youngsters are trying to take selfies with the tides. Also there are youth who are taking selfies standing on stones and risky edges near the sea which is resulting in tragic accidents and so the authorities are planning to enfore the ‘No Selfie Zones’.

In some beaches there are already boards warning people not to take selfies. The officials are planning to impose fines those who attempt selfies at the beaches. Very soon, boards would also be in different languages not Telugu or English alone, so that tourists from other states can also read and be alert.
