Vizag Land-Grabbing Capital To IT Capital

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy brought the concept of Vizag as the Executive Capital to decimate Amaravati. He used to display lots of Fake Love towards Vishakapatnam but did nothing to the Port City’s Development.

We have seen him drive away some companies like Franklin Templeton, Lulu Mall, Adani Data Center, etc from the city just to erase Chandrababu Naidu’s mark on the city.

Furthermore, Vishakhapatnam used to be in the news for all sorts of wrong reasons like land-grabbing, mortgage of Government assets, etc.

We saw Jagan himself going after the Ramanaidu Studio lands.

We also saw the then-government shaving off Rushikonda Hill and constructing a Palace for Jagan’s wife. The Palace constructed with 500 Crore of Public money is now lying vacant.

In short, Vizag became a hub for all sorts of nefarious activities in the garb of the namesake Executive Capital.

The new government is trying to change the image of Vishakhapatnam.

Nara Lokesh bringing the TCS Facility to Port City is the first thing in that direction. The facility will create 10,000 IT jobs and these jobs are likely to change the face of Vishakhapatnam.

These high-paying IT jobs will create many indirect jobs in the unorganized sector and will also bring a positive change in the city’s real estate and economy.

This new facility of TCS will also put Vizag on the IT map of India and will motivate other IT majors to arrive in Port City.

YSR Congress drew a blank in the entire Vishakapatnam district in the recent elections. In the four constituencies that cover Vizag City, the party’s candidates lost with massive majorities. TDP also won the Vishakapatnam Parliament with a massive margin.

The people are getting the positive change they voted for in this new government.
