Vote Shares Of TDP Are Scaring YSRCP

TDP has won two MLC seats in the Graduates quota. One of the seats is in Uttarandhra and the other is in East Rayalaseema (Prakasam-Nellore-Chittoor).

This came as a shock for YSR Congress because it expected overwhelming support from the people of Uttarandhra due to Vishakapatnam Capital sentiment.

Also, Nellore and Chittoor are the strongholds of the YSR Congress. The results have gone in TDP’s favor there as well.

The Vote Shares of TDP in these two elections are also scaring YSR Congress.

In Uttarandhra, TDP got 43.88% votes while YSR Congress just managed 29.49%.

In East Rayalaseema, TDP is in an even better position with 45.30% votes while YSR Congress got 34.52%.

Keeping aside all the surveys, these elections provide the best samples of the mood of the public and that means the 2024 elections will be very tough for Jagan Mohan Reddy.
