War over ‘Cycle’ Symbol Comes to and End

Finally, the Son wins in the tug of war of Cycle between Father and Son of Samajwadi Party. Akhilesh Yadav was given the approval for using Cycle symbol and the name of the party. The decision was given out today by the Election Commission on the claim of Cycle symbol by Mulayam Singh Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav.

This tug of war between Son and Father has been on fire for quite a long. The fight first started in September where Akhilesh came out of the party with a few senior leaders who were supporting him against his father. And then the CM Akhilesh and the party founder Mulayam Singh came to this level where both claimed the Symbol and Name of the party. Not only that but also Mulayam had to fight for his position of President of the party which was given to Akhilesh in the beginning of the new year in a quick national convention.

Mulayam Singh has announced a war on his son for his negative approach towards Muslims saying that they have been the most supportive of the party. The father was also ready to go against the Election Commission if they give negative judgment to him which they did today. Now it is the Father’s turn to move his pawns.
