Watch: BBC’s Shocking Report On AP Financial Condition

A lot has been said and reported about the bad financial condition of Andhra Pradesh. The state has come to a position that it can not pay salaries and pensions for Government employees if they do not get loans. There is a dissent in the employees that they have become the last priority for the government.

Jagan Government has borrowed breached the quantum of loans Chandrababu Naidu government in just two years. The Government has almost exhausted its annual limit for loans in less than six months of the new financial year. That means the real struggle for the government begins in the coming months.

The money the Andhra Pradesh government is getting through RBI security auctions is being deposited back to the Overdraft accounts. There are demands that the Central Government should take stock of the situation and impose financial emergency if needed.
