He made a similar comment at Sullurpeta YSR Congress Plenary a couple of days ago.
“I and the MLA here are dalits. We got opportunity because these are reserved constituencies. We will be obedient to Reddys and do whatever they instruct us to do,” he said.
“If any Reddys be close to us or get into our cars 2-3 times, another Reddy will get offended. We need everyone. Please don’t think otherwise,” he added.
A dalit minister talking with so much of low esteem and submitting himself to the Ruling Party caste leaders is very disturbing and paints a very wrong picture of YSR Congress rule.
Unfortunately this is happening multiple times and it looks like there is no effort to talk to the Minister by the party high command.
