“We don’t interfere in Gali Case” says SC

Supreme Court has given big relief to Gali Janardhan Reddy in his cash for bail scam. “We don’t interfere in Gali Cash for Bail case as it dealt by special ACB court” says SC.

In 2012, Judge of ACB special court, Pattabhirama Rao booked by ACB officials for accepting bribe to issue bail to the Gali Janardhan Reddy who has been accused on illegal mining charges. This incident created sensation and shanked the bases of judiciary system in the country.

Subsequently, the case was handed over to ACB special court. it has issued bail to eight accused persons. The decision of ACB special court is challenged by ACB in SC.
