We will saddle KCR Government – OU Students

There seem to be no respite for the students of Osmania university. They have fought for years in the campus for the separate state and self rule alleging discrimination in government jobs. Now that the state is achieved and the dream of self rule is fulfilled but the students continue to be in agitation. The campus is on fire for months after TRS government announced its plans of regularizing contract employees.

OU Unemployed Students JAC had called for ‘Chalo Assembly’ today on this issue and huge battalions of police are deployed at Osmania University NCC gate reminding the scenes of the agitation days when the Telangana movement is at its peaks.

“We students played a very crucial role in the Telangana movement as well as bringing TRS to power. But the party has completely ignored us and is trying to control us by iron fist. We know how to saddle this government. We have done that with Andhra governments in the past and we will do that now again”, said the JAC conveners.
