Public Perception of YSR Congress will also be at all time low. People will start believing that YSR Congress is weak and can not be an alternative. If the same results also emerge in the local body elections, then 2019 will be very tough for the Opposition party.

Such a scenario will be a bonus for Jana Sena Party and a huge bonus for the ruling Telugu Desam Party. It’s high time Jagan sits across the table with his leaders and dig into what went wrong in this election and what should be done to damage control.
