What Is Happening in the State?: AP High Court

MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju who was picked by the APCID in a sedition case was produced before a sessions court in Vijayawada. The case took a stunning twist there after. The MP complained to the court that he has been manhandled by the CID in their custody.

He showed the judged his completely bruised legs. The court has constituted Medical Board to examine and asked to file a report. The court has warned the government to be prepared for consequences if it is found that injuries on the MP have been inflicted  by cops.

Meanwhile, RRR also approached a Special Motion Petition in AP High Court. The lawyers displayed the pictures and videos of the injuries to the Special Division Bench. “What is happening in the state? How can someone in police custody can be mishandled?,” the judges questioned. The high court also warned the government of severe consequences if the injuries are recent ones.

The high court will soon announce its decision regarding the MP’s release. He is right now being treated at Ramesh Hospital, Vijayawada.
