Why I told that I am CM: Pawan

JanaSena leader Pawan Kalyan has explained why he mentioned being a Chief Minister. He stated that when people asked him about it during a meeting, he agreed, but he also emphasized that experience is necessary for such a position.

Pawan believes that it is not enough for the people to consider him as Chief Minister they should also have the same perception. However, in the last two days, certain pro-YSRCP media channels have been discussing the alleged breakup of the alliance between TDP and Jana Sena.

Pawan’s comments regarding the CM post and Chandrababu’s statements about winning 175 seats have raised concerns about their relationship.

Nevertheless, Pawan’s efforts seem to have been in vain. He revealed that he met Chandrababu three times recently and suggested that the path to the CM post might not be immediate but gradual.

Pawan also addressed the issue of his popularity not translating into a significant vote bank during elections. He explained that while other parties have three generations of voters, Jana Sena primarily consists of new voters who may not be familiar with effective strategies to mobilize voters to the polling booths.

Pawan clarified that although he met Chandrababu three times, they never discussed seat sharing. Their discussions focused on matters related to Andhra Pradesh rather than the alliance of Assembly segments. Pawan reiterated his commitment to his slogan of not diverting anti-YSRCP government votes.

It is surprising that Pawan supports BJP’s stance on the slow progress of the illegal assets case against YS Jagan. He emphasized that BJP and the CBI are separate entities and that BJP has no involvement in CBI cases.
