Why KCR still wants Revanth Reddy behind the bars?

Telangana Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) had filed a counter in High Court over Revanth Reddy’s bail petition. In the counter, ACB informed the court that the case is in a very crucial stage and letting out Revanth Reddy at this stage will tamper the evidences. So they have asked the court for an extension of his custody. The bail petition will come to hearing on Wednesday.

Telangana government also wants Revanth Reddy behind the bars for obvious reasons. There is severe dissatisfaction in some sections of Telangana that KCR is entering in to truce with his Andhra Pradesh counterpart, Chandrababu Naidu and is diluting this case. KCR’s image will be dented severely if Revanth Reddy comes out of the jail very soon.

Also there are innumerable issues between the Telangana government and Revanth Reddy. It is known that no other leader of any party troubled the government more than Revanth Reddy in this one year after Telangana formation. We will have to see what the courts decide finally!
