Why T govt spending a bomb on legal advisors?

Telangana government is already spending a bomb for its legal advisers to prove their point in the Cash for Vote scam to corner Telugu Desam Party, and now the state government had sanctioned free fancy numbers for Telangana advocate-general K Ramakrishna Reddy and additional advocate-general J Ramachandra Rao’s recently-bought Innova and Fortuner cars.

Fancy numbers, TS09EG5555 for the advocate-general and TS09EG9333 for the additional advocate-general were sanctioned by the state government by giving fee exemption. TS09EG5555 cost 30000 while TS09EG9333 would have costed 5000 to any one but the legal advisers got them for free.

In fact these are just opening bids and will easily go for higher price in auction. But on the insistence of the state government, principal secretary (transport department) issued an order giving relaxation from paying fees.
