Why Tamil parties fuming on Narendra Modi?

Narendra Modi inviting SAARC Government heads to his swearing-in ceremony is not going well with many regional parties. Invitations to Sri Lanka President Mahindha Rajapaksha and Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Shariff is the most objectionable ones. While parties like Shiv Sena are not happy inviting Pakistan PM due to the Kashmir issue, Tamil parties are not at all happy for inviting Sri Lanka President who is responsible for genocide of Tamilians in their country.

While Shiv Sena maintained strategical silence over the issue, Jaya Lalithaa wants to register her protest by skipping the swearing-in ceremony. She is not even sending her representation to the event.Years together Tamil parties played a crucial role in National politics. They have been contributing significant number of MPs to union governments and took crucial cabinet berths and funds to their state. However BJP have numbers on its own making the Tamil parties teeth less.
