Will BJP Help Atlee & Varun Dhawan’s Baby John?

Varun Dhawan has put a lot of stakes on his upcoming movie ‘Baby John’ and it has gathered good hype too. But the songs of the movie have failed to make a mark and there is some uncertainty brewing.

But very recently Varun Dhawan did an interview with Home Minister Amit Shah that has started some new discussions. Is Varun Dhawan trying to save ‘Baby John’ with the help of BJP?

‘Baby John’ is produced by Atlee whose last movie was his Hindi debut with ‘Jawan’. Jawan had some powerful political statements and got popular because of its anti-establishment ethos. And for the very next movie, the makers have to resort to political sycophancy.

The Home Minister and Varun Dhawan both praised each other for their work and Amit Shah called Varun Dhawan as Hanuman Ji, subtly hinting at Modiji being Shri Ram.

Varun Dhawan is seeking help from both BJP and BJP supporters with this stance and whether he gets successful with it is something we have to see. There is not a good record of BJP supporting movies and those movies working out well. We will have to wait a bit longer to see if political support helps Baby John in being a blockbuster.
