Will Election Commission Take Action on YSR Congress?

Cometh Election, Cometh The Self-Goal seems to be the motto of YSR Congress. The party which is fighting for its survival in the upcoming elections score one more self-goal by claiming that they themselves are behind the mass Form-7 Applications to delete the Votes in various districts of Andhra Pradesh.

Jagan had also helped the Ruling Party, TDP in this issue. The Ruling Party is facing blunt in the Data Breach Case but with the Opposition Leader admitting this TDP walked free from the allegations of trying to tamper the Voters List. TDP supporters are taking it to the people saying that if your vote is deleted, it is because Jagan thinks you are a bogus voter.

On the other side, the Election Commission has informed that Seven Lakhs of Form-7 Applications have been filed in the last 10 days. EC had verified in the areas where there are mass applications but found that these applications are fake and the voters are very much intact in the villages. That will infer that YSR Congress is targeting not bogus voters.

That may imply that YSR Congress is targeting to remove the Votes of Telugu Desam Party Supporters. Election Commission had already clarified that this mass filing of Form-7 applications is a criminal offense. It has to be seen if the Commission will take action on YSR Congress as well.
