Will Jagan Commit That Grave Mistake?

MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju’s lawyers sent a contempt of the court notice to Guntur SP Ammi Reddy after there are reports the SP has ordered his escort staff to bring him to Guntur once he is released from the Army Hospital in Secunderabad.

Some media houses have reported that the Guntur police are stationed outside the Army Hospital to arrest the MP as soon as he released. But then if it happens, Jagan Government may be rapped by the Supreme Court for Vendetta politics and contempt of the court.

The Supreme Court while hearing the Bail petition mentioned a ‘possible’ custodial violence. But then, if the Government tries to take Raghu Rama into custody again, it will establish the fact that the government is trying to witchhunt the MP. That will only strengthen the case of the Narasapuram MP.

Meanwhile, Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju is likely to be released after the discharge from Army Hospital on Thursday or Friday.
