Will KCR help AP’s Loan Waiver?

Andhra Pradesh government has released two lists of loan waiver beneficiaries so far and in those lists, it is found that the government has rejected those loans in which the loan holders have submitted Ration Cards or Aadhar Cards of Hyderabad. AP government had rejected those loans as they could not verify those documents due to lack of access to Telangana database.

However there is displeasure from the rejected loan holders and TDP MLAs have brought it to the notice of the Chief Minister. Chandrababu asked the officials to request Telangana government to allow the access to its database in order to verify those loans. Once the access is granted, government will check for the amount of burden and will take a decision.

Loan Waiver to those having Hyderabad documents will mean that the settlers in Hyderabad will be getting benefitted. Such people will only turn more loyal to Telugu Desam Party which is definitely not desirable for Telangana government as it very soon goes to GHMC elections. We will have to see what KCR decides on it!
