Will KCR take TDP MLA in to cabinet?

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is in a serious exercise on finalizing the names for his first cabinet expansion. Three out of the total six berths were confirmed for Tummala Nageswara Rao, Jupally Krishna Rao and Lakshma Reddy. While various names are being heard for the remaining three seats, the major suspense is for Sanath Nagar MLA, Talasani Srinivas Yadav.

Talasani won the election on TDP ticket and joined TRS very recently. A section in the party is supporting him for a cabinet berth in the wake of upcoming GHMC elections and also Talasani being from an influential caste of the GHMC region. However KCR if admited Talasani in to the cabinet will have to face severe criticism for giving ministries for those won on TDP tickets.

Already TDP has filed a complaint with the Assembly Speaker to disqualify Talasani and that complaint is pending with the Speaker. Tummala is also from TDP but lost the election. He will be made MLC after he is made a minister. Also taking Tummala and Talasani both from TDP in to the cabinet will send wrong signals to TRS leaders and cadre.
