Apology is the only way out for Roja

YSR Congress Party Suspended MLA, Roja’s petition in Supreme court came in to hearing a short while ago. Senior counsel Indira Jai Singh argued Roja’s case in the apex court. The counsel argued that Roja was suspended from the house only due to political conspiracy. The counsel brought to the notice of the court that the government is struggling to face Roja in the house.

And this is for that reason, they took this suspension back door decision to send her out of the house. The counsel went on to say to the court there is no recorded evidence of Roja’s misbehaviour in the house and the suspension is illegal. Later the court adjourned the case to a later date. Earlier when high court refused to hear Roja’s case, she went to Supreme court and got verdict in her favour.

But this time the court clarified that the house will have the final decision over Roja’s suspension. The apex court asked the house to consider Roja’s apology. The court further added that it will decide later if Roja refused to apologize. Government will have the upper hand even if Roja apologizes or not.
