Will the high court agree for division now?

Telangana government had filed a review petition in the high court urging the court to revisit its earlier decision on the high court. The government says that the high court’s verdict is against the spirit of Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act.

It is known that the high court earlier said the division will be complete only when AP has got a high court ready with all the amenities required for full functioning. The court did not even allow temporary accommodation for either high courts.

On the other side, TRS MPs are protesting in the parliament over the high court division. The other day they have staged a silent protest before the Prime Minister’s seat in Lok Sabha. We will have to see if the high court agrees for the division at least now!
