Wizcraft terminated from Amaravati Event

Andhra Pradesh government had terminated the services of Wizcraft, the top event management firm from handly any work related to Amaravati event. This decision is taken to cut down the expenses related to the event. It is the decision of CRDA commissioner, Srikanth to rope in the firm.

The Chief Minister reportedly expressed his displeasure at the commissioner for hiring the services of an event firm for a work which could have been easily handled by any district collector. With Wizcraft’s termination, officials picked up local contractors for taking up works like supply of flowers and lighting to illuminate the dais.

The Guntur district administration has already picked up Hyderabad-based firm KMK Event Management Limited to assist them in decorating the stage and venue. The company promised to help out with the work at a lesser price as they have local contacts. Supply of chairs and decoration material will also be procurred from local contractors now.
