Work Hard When in Power, No Arrogance: Lokesh

Minister Lokesh is touring Machilipatnam in Krishna district on Wednesday. While addressing the party cadre and media, general secretary of TDP Lokesh underscored the importance of hard work while in power.

The young leader said there was no scope for arrogance. He went on to say that people gave them power after trusting them. Hence it was up to them to keep up the trust.

Lokesh said any task must be taken up after consulting with party karyakartas. Any karyakarta doing well will be recognized and appreciated, he told the gathering.

They wanted to buy our MLCs regarding the Amaravati bill. But the MLCs decided to be with Babu. They lodged wrong cases on karyakartas and party leaders.

Due to the deeds of YSRCP, TDP members suffered financially and physically. I was deeply hurt when Chandrababu was put in the same jail that he developed.

I fought against Jagan. But I fought three times more within the party. Though there are differences on certain issues, the final decision lies with the CM.

If the CM instructs, we will implement it without questions. All the three stakeholders in the alliance government must work in tandem, said Lokesh to a thunderous applause.
