You dont know, Will not listen if I say – Kodela to YSRC

Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao lost his cool multiple times on YSR Congress Party MLAs after they repeatedly stormed in to Speaker’s podium. YSR Congress MLAs protested multiple times on giving mike to Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. Speaker clarified that no one including himself can stop the leader of the house (Chief Minister) from speaking even if he wants to speak n-number of times.

Kodela clarified that it is clearly written in the rule book about that and he can not do anything about it. But YSR Congress MLAs are in no mood to listen to him and continued their protest. Kodela was seen several times telling “You do not know and you will not listen if I say (the rules)”.

Majority of YSR Congress Party including its President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy are first time MLAs in the Assembly and their inexperience is costing them in the proceedings. Jagan had appointed senior economist and political analyst Somayajulu to educate him and prepare his speech in the Assembly. We find Jagan reading them out in Assembly all of the time.
