Mumbai Techie Hacks Modi’s App!

A few days back, Rahul Gandhi’s twitter handle was hacked and some inappropriate posts were made from the account. Now, a man named Javed Khatri has claimed that he has hacked the Narendra Modi app started by the Prime Minister.

Apparently, the 22-year-old is a mobile app developer in Mumbai and revealed that he now has access to the all the private information of the users of the app such as their phone numbers, location, or email ids. Khatri averred that his purpose was to bring out a security issue and not to use the information for malicious content.

Soon after his tweet declaring so, the BJP’s representative from their Information & Technology department, Amit Malviya shared that they had a discussion with Javed who helped them improve the security of the app.
