“CBI has no ground to name Avinash as the suspect in this case. It is not like Avinash committed the crime just because he said Viveka died of Cardiac arrest. He is not a Police or Doctor to ascertain the root cause of the death,” the lawyer argued.
Avinash Reddy and his father were one of the first people to arrive at the spot. They have seen Viveka in a pool of blood with a big injury stabbing on his head.
They got the blood cleaned and even got the wounds dressed. And then, Avinash announced Viveka died of a cardiac arrest.
Avinash and now, his lawyer are trying to convince the court that the MP is not qualified enough to say the cause of death.
Probably, Avinash should be given a chance of showing those pictures to ten kids and ask them the reason for death. He should be given a chance to walk free at least one of them said Cardiac arrest seeing the picture of Viveka dead in a pool of blood.
Meanwhile, Avinash Reddy’s mother is being discharged from Kurnool’s Viswa Bharathi hospital and will be shifted to Hyderabad to place a stent in her heart.
