YS Family Starts Real-estate Venture In Vizag

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is pushing Vishakapatnam as the capital ever since he came to power. But judicial issues are hindering the plan.

From the past few days, there were rumors that Chief Minister will set up a camp office in Vizag and will start operating from there in October.

Meanwhile, the YS family had started a real-estate venture in Vishakapatnam.

Jagan’s uncle Ravindranth Reddy is one of the partners in this project. He is YS Rajasekhara Reddy’s last brother.

They have formed a company called Augment Reality LLP for this project.

They are planning to construct villas on eleven acres in Kapulapaadu.

Kapulapaadu is the area that is rumored to be housing the capital right from the start. Each villa in this project is expected to cost between 3 Crore and 6 Crore.

Sixty-two villas will come up and each villa will be 400 to 600 yards with 6,500 square feet of built space. The construction will be completed by April 2024.

The opposition has started allegations that the YSR Congress and its leaders have amassed huge parcels of land in Vishakapatnam and have announced the city as the capital for their appreciation. They say this is the proof of their allegations.
