Jagan Further Complicating Amaravati Mistakes?

Opposition Leader, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy had completed yet another short tour of Amaravati. But then, Jagan once again failed to cover some of his very common mistakes as far as the Capital region is concerned. Jagan failed to explain to the people why he is still residing in Hyderabad.

But then the opposition leader went on to say that Chandrababu Naidu is just living in a rented house but he will even buy a house there very soon. But then, nobody knows why it is still in planning stage even after Two and half years of the state division.

Jagan repeatedly mentioned that the government is trying to grab the lands for a mere 30 Lakhs per acre while the market rate is 15 Crore. But then the fact is that even the most fertile lands in the entire Capital region do not even cost 5 Crore today or any time after the state division.

The government has two options to go for the land. It has to be either Land Pooling or Land Acquisition. If it is Land Acquisition, there is an act governing the process and the price will be set accordingly. Jagan can not say No to both which means only stalling the development of the capital. This will do no help to the Opposition party.
