Jagan Govt Stumped by Unexpected Bouncer from Modi?

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy Government is hellbent on making all the Government schools in the state as English Medium schools. The issue is currently in the courts and the state government is doing all that it can to ensure that happens from the next academic year.

While the Opposition Parties were asking for both the mediums and leaving the choice to parents. the Government is conveniently cornering them saying that the parties are depriving English education to the poor. But then, the Government is taken back all of sudden.

The other day, the Union Government has made radical changes to the educational policy and made Primary schooling (until Class Five) in Mother Tongue. This will give a fillip to the Opposition’s argument and will corner the Jagan Reddy Government.

For obvious reasons, the party can not criticize or corner BJP like TDP or Janasena. It has to be seen how they handle the issue in the coming days.
